Biography

Welcome to your journey!
First and foremost, I am a Nationally Board Certified, Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of New Jersey where I have been working in the mental health field for over 10 years. I have been clinically trained in various levels of mental healthcare throughout my career and am certified both as an Approved Clinical Supervisor as well as a Certified Clinical Supervisor, which allow me the ability to educate both mental health professionals and substance abuse counselors on their journey towards clinical licensure. I decided to become a Certified Human-Animal Intervention Specialist in 2012 and have developed and implemented several animal-assisted therapy programs, including a specialized trauma-based AAT program for survivors of natural disasters.  In 2019, I felt a higher calling to become a Certified Integrated Medicine Mental Health Professional and Master Herbalist.  Since 2019, I have built a successful private practice where I provide holistic health remedies for mental and physical health symptoms.  In addition, I also hold certifications in Seva acupressure as well as White Light Reiki.
